Q: Is there a minimum commitment required to sign up for a Floral Concierge Service?
A: Nope! We ask that you try it for a few weeks/months and if you don't love it, you can cancel!

Q:​ Am I able to set up a Floral Concierge Service as a gift?
A:​ Yes! Know someone starting. a new business and want to make sure they succeed?!? Gift them this MAJOR step ahead in branding + CRM!! 

Q:​ Can I change my color palette?
A:​ Yes + No, hate a color you want to leave out?!? Please add a note with your Floral Concierge Service purchase and we will do our best to make sure your eyes aren’t hurt by this tone!! We do work with SEASONAL flowers that are lush at their most happy + healthy, some blooms are only grown in one or two colors, and NATURE is in charge, and we respect her wishes!!

Q:​ Can I skip an order?
A:​ Yes! That's the best part of our Floral Concierge Service, stack credits to use throughout the year, and whenever you need to use one of your credits, call the shop or email us at must be sent to info@tcbnco.com. 
 
Q:​ What happens if I miss my recipient missed the delivery?
A:​ You or the recipient do not need to be home/in the office to receive your flowers. If no one answers, your flowers will be left in a safe, shaded area in a residential setting. In commercial settings, we will leave flowers with the front desk or a coworker to ensure final delivery to your intended recipient. In the event neither is possible, the delivery driver will call if we are unable to safely deliver your flowers. If we are unable to deliver your flowers, they will be returned to our shop. You then have the option to pick them up or pay for a re-delivery.

Q:​ How do I cancel my Membership?
A: ​A cancellation email must be sent to info@tcbnco.com 7 days before your next charge date.
